I used to be tired ALL the time. It did not matter if I slept for 12 hours, I would always feel run down. My doctor told me that I was suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. Over the last six months, I have been reading and testing new ways to increase my energy level. I had to learn on my own that having chronic fatigue syndrome is the same as having a weak immune system. Why my doctor did not just say, “You have a weak immune system.”, I have no idea. Improving my immune system has given me a new life. I feel like a new person.

A healthy immune system is the the key good health. If you have a vibrant immune system you can be exposed to germs and not get sick or have infections. You can come in contact with allergens and not have allergic reactions. A strong immune system has the ability to seek out and eliminate damaged cells in the body which includes cancerous cells.

Over the next few months I will be writing about my research and things that have helped improve my immune system.
