Green and sustainable living ideas for a new world

Every event or situation in our world happens for a reason. Our current reality is the compilation of choices we have made up to this point in our lives. It is not always the big choices that make all the difference, it is the small choices that truly matter.

The earth (mother gaia) is a living entity just as we are. Over the years mother gaia has tried to communicate with us, just as our bodies communicate with us through aches, pains or sickness. There is no one to blame but ourselves for the current earth situation. We made the choices to create this reality.

The good news is we are finally starting to listen to mother gaia’s messages. The green and sustainable living movement is fully underway. This movement was not spurred by the government or some large company. It is being driven by normal people making small choices on a daily basis. The goods and services that we pay for drives demand. By making different choices we change the demand in turn changing our world.

Here are a few ideas for you to think about. Ask yourself do I need this product or service to survive. Do I really need it? Is my ego influencing my decision? Making different choices now will help us all in the future.

1.) Buy non toxic products for your home. Not only will this create a healthier environment for you and your family but it is healthier for the earth also. A few examples of these would be cleaning products, laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, bedding material, lawn fertilizers, paint products, sealers, wood finishing products, and glues.

2.) Personal non toxic products would include; shampoo, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, and make-up. Try using a non-toxic dry cleaner instead of a traditional dry cleaner.

3.) Try to buy locally grown organic food. This not only fuels your local economy but it cuts down on the energy spent transporting the food. Better yet start growing some of your own food or join a local food co-op.

4.) Reduce your energy bills by adjusting your thermostat on your air conditioner, heat pump and hot water heater. Buy a rain barrel if you plan on watering your lawn. Create a plan to add solar panels, wind power or other type of alternative energy to your home in the next few years.

5.) Most of all release yourself from the consumerism world that we live in. Don’t let your ego run your life. Do we really need a new computer, phone, or car every two years. Love your life for what it is, enjoy this moment. If you want to improve your life look within not outward. Take a few minutes and watch The Story of Stuff, I strongly suggest it.

We have all been effected by the economy in one way or the other. There is nothing wrong with downsizing or cutting back if you need to. There are many more changes for us in the horizon. This is only the beginning. Adapt to change and live in harmony with yourself and world.

Porcelain face of bliss

Just wanted to share something I saw while meditating on Friday……… I journal my dreams and sometimes get visions - I learn so much from the picture it paints………

While all is good these days and I have been feeling great, I was feeling a bit overloaded with work, with personal projects, with family etc., over the last two weeks. I am sure you know the feeling right?

My intention was to connect with my highest god self, to calm and balance my energy, and to understand this place where we go where there is nothing and yet everything. I call it the docking station. I wanted to remain conscious there. Often when I meditate I end up some place where I disappear and I don’t remember much. This time I wanted to remain conscious there and not just fall asleep.

I relaxed a while and saw many faces - I saw one that reminded me of Moses and I saw some that look like young ETs…..(that looked part human part etc) and other misc faces…………..

I then felt I was at that place of peace where we merely just are - just observing -very quiet place and I saw a face that reminded me of a white clay carving of a man’s face - there was no hair facial or otherwise - and no body - just the front part of the face floating in this white ethereal haze - it was facing me at one point and it looked like a porcelain face just floating in front of me. I was right up close to it and was mesmerized at how perfect this face was, the intricate details, and how real it looked - the eyes remained closed like he was sleeping. Then the face floated as if to lay the back of his head down and the face appeared to be softly smiling. As I watched the expression of the porcelain face I felt such extreme peace and a happy blissful feeling inside.

It was a state of mind - a state of bliss.

In that moment I realized that this is the place of eternal bliss - it answered my question as to what that place is for and what we do there. It appears we rest, relax, and bathe in a sea of eternal bliss. A place where we just “are”. I will never forget the porcelain face. I will never forget that place - the visual, the emotions, the feelings all remain clear.

So the next time I feel scattered or distracted or stressed - I will merely think of the face - like there is a part of me floating and resting in eternal bliss all the time -above the noise, above the drama and above the woes of the world. In an instant I am there!!

It is true that a picture is worth 1,000 words. this would make a great painting!! I suppose I need to ask spirit to help me paint this. hee hee I am sure you can picture this………. too! I hope it takes you to that place when you need it.

I think I now understand when a light being is being channeled what they mean when they say, “we are unable to communicate and articulate an answer as your language is limited and not sufficient enough of a scope for us to explain.” do you know what I mean? Sometimes there just aren’t enough words…….

We have reached a new plateau

We have reached a new plateau. Our combined conscious light has grown to a new level. Now that we are living in a higher frequency of energy it will become increasingly unsettling for many that have not adjusted. It is very important for us to stay focused during this time. It may be hard to see your friends and loved ones struggle as they try to figure out what is going on. We have to respect that they are on their own path and it is not our responsibility to pull them along. They have to work this out for themselves.

The lower energies that used to exist and control things are falling apart. There will be some turbulence until everything works it’s self out. The faster people move forward and release themselves from the ego driven consumerism world. The faster we will be able to evolve into the next group of energies. Many may be already experiencing these energies but have not accessed their full potential until the rest of the combined consciousness progresses.

I want to thank all of our sisters and brothers that have worked to bring us to this point. Your great work and persistence has paid off. Everything is moving along at a very fast pace now. It will not be long before we move into the next phase, maybe a few weeks or months. Enjoy the ride.

We are coming down to the last few weeks before the election. There are life long republicans crossing party lines to vote for Barack Obama. I feel these people are starting to see how mishandled the US goverment is, and they are simply going with the person that represents the most change.

As energy workers all we can do is focus love and light on the person that wins. With the intent that he or she will make the best decisions for the people and our planet.

We are beginning to see a time when there will be no government parties. What is the use of a government party if everyone changes sides every election? I guess we will have to see what happens in four years. : )

Can you handle the truth?

A lot of people may describe what I do as spreading spiritual awareness. This is correct, but the real reason is, I am here to awaken people to the truth. Not only the truth about why we think what we do; but also the truth behind our government and fear core matrix that we live in. Now you may view these statements as radical or scary; but the majority of the citizens of the United States and world have no idea what the truth really is. Everyone is living in a dream. Now you can continue to live in denial and go on everyday in a dream, or you can “wake up”. You might say, why should I waste my time learning about something that I am out of control of. I just want to live my life and stay to myself. Well this used to work but things are changing.

In my post in February 2008 What is going to happen in 2012? I stated. “The world is not going to end or anything crazy like that. But some major changes will start to take place. For one the governments and companies in the world that have been using “force” to control people will start to fall.”

We are now starting to see some of these changes in the economy with the banking and stock market crash. Learning the truth about the workings of our world will help you free yourself from fear and judgment. Stand in your own power and live your life in love and freedom.

I’ve been sitting here for 20-minutes trying to write something to go along with this video. There is so much to say and so little time. The people in the US and around the world need to awaken out of there deep sleep. We cannot keep consuming and trashing our planet without some sort of backlash. The earth is a living entity, her messages will continue to get stronger and stronger until we start to listen.

Think again before drinking from a municipal water supply

250 Million Pounds of drugs are flushed down the toilet by hospitals annually. This is not counting the pharmaceutical drugs that pass through humans on a daily basis into the water supply. I started talking about this 5 or 6 years ago, and it is finally starting to draw more attention. The municipal water supply facilities do not have the technology to remove these drugs from the water supply so it keeps recirculating and building up over time.

I am not bringing this up to freak you out but to draw your attention to it. The governments that are allowing this to happen are not looking out for the best interest of the people. If they were these kinds of things would not be happening.

The best way to make sure you are drinking clean pure water is to get it from a reverse osmosis or distilled water filtration system.

When growing up my dad always showed me the importance of respecting nature. The majority of my youth was spent in the woods hunting and fishing. I have always felt a connection to nature in one way or another. These days my dad doesn’t understand everything about the work I do, but he is able to comprehend a lot of it because of his deep connection with nature. In nature everything works to stay in balance. When the hawk kills the rabbit to eat, it is part of nature. Without one or the other, things would be out of balance for a period of time. In our current world we are moving through a period in time when the earth is changing very rapidly. Evidence of this is how the weather around the globe has changed within the last few years. Melting glaciers, droughts, hurricanes, tornadoes, and fires are all ways the earth is working to balance it’s energy. Without these storms and weather changes, the earth would be off balance and not be a very suitable place to live. These storms do cause damage and people are affected, but it is part of nature. What most people don’t realize is that we are in control more than we think. Our combined thoughts and intent CAN help produce rain or divert a storm. If this concept seems strange, ask, “Why am I fearful in the first place”. The earth will continue to evolve whether we like it or not. It is up to us for which way it evolves.
