I started writing about my life experiences on greenze.com March 25th, 2007. The last three years has been an awesome time. I have shared with you my new discoveries, stories and experiences. Information related to all kinds of ways of expanding the capabilities of the Mind, Body and Spirit.

I understand your experience may differ from mine. In order to free the mind you have to let go, and that is exactly what I did. I researched every possibility that came to me with an open mind and this is what allowed me to grow. There are so many possibilities out there, with so many combination’s to each one. Just because I say the sky is Blue does not mean it is Blue to you. This is the beauty of Creation. Each one of us has the opportunity to paint the sky what ever color we want, but few do it! Most people have stopped coloring. They have “accepted” what everyone else has told them to be true. So hopefully some of the information I have provided over these last 3 years has got you thinking! My objective has been to get you painting your own picture. Paint the sky what ever color you wish. Experience life in a new way everyday, for the rest of your life. For it does not end there but only continues, just like it has to this point.

For those of you that have been reading my posts for awhile may remembered some writings about 2012. My first post about 2012 was two years ago, What is going to happen in 2012? Here is the excerpt from that post.

“My thoughts are that we are going through a major awakening of the human consciousness. This process started in 2001 and will peak in 2012. The world is not going to end or anything crazy like that. But some major changes will start to take place. For one the governments and companies in the world that have been using “force” to control people will start to fall. Our current reality is spinning at a faster rate than it used to. In order for people to cope with this change we will have to learn how to think differently and start using our connection with the divine source of knowledge instead of our brains. The people that change over to this new way of thinking will enjoy a new relaxed state of consciousness. For those that do not change their way of thinking will grow very uncomfortable with their life.”

A lot of this still holds true, but here is the way I see it now. The peak of the shift is not 2012, it only represents a time for which everything will be fully in motion. December 21st, 2012 marks a “New Age” a new beginning that we are at the beginning of right “NOW”, today! There is a lot of change going on. Some of you are seeing and feeling it more than others. Try your best during these next few years to not get caught up in all the “fear” that the media and other sources are spreading. There are many changes taking place as I have mentioned in all of my posts. The people that “listen” and adjust their lives accordingly will make it through these new changes more easily. When I say this, I’m not just talking about consciousness and spiritually. I’m talking economically and health wise also. What is true today may not be true to us tomorrow. So don’t “attach” yourself to a belief of this is the way it is. Things are changing to rapidly to hold onto anything. Stay in the “present” moment and “experience” the truth for yourself every second of each day. The truth of today may not be the truth of tomorrow! We are seeing the fall of the controlling powers for which I spoke of in my other posts. The “truths” are becoming known, the veils are being lifted exposing the controlling powers behind religions, yearly traditions, governments and the people/energies of which I call the puppet masters. The karmic debt that these groups and others have accrued will be re-paid. Not by war or any of the “traditional” 3D ways of doing things. These controlling powers that have been suppressing and holding the majority the population in slavery will be handled. You don’t have to pull the trigger of a gun to receive the karma of a killing. During this great time of change, search for the “truth”. Do not take the words of others as the truth, you find the truth yourself! For it has always been said “The truth shall set you free”! It will, if you let it! The Earth is going to take care of herself. It’s time for “you” to take care of yours!

This leads me into my new beginning! This is my last Greenze monthly update! I am very happy that this day has come. I have been feeling this coming for a few months. I have learned and experienced a tremendous amount within this last few months and it is time for me to start putting it to use. I’m building a new web site along with creating several new classes, workshops and other resources. All of this this for you to use if “you” choose to. Once I get everything up and running I will email and post it on Greenze. Everything will be starting “new” including this email list. I thank all of the 170 or so email subscribers and visitors to Greenze for your support. I am going to leave greenze up and running for a few years for people who wish to go back and read my postings. Until next time!

The meaning of Christmas?

I was in the 2nd grade when I found out that Santa Claus was not real. The fact that Santa Claus was not real did not upset me that much. What upset me was that I realized my mother and father had been lying to me for years! I felt deceived. This practice/tradition of an imaginary figure named Santa continues as a “normal” thing to do each year. Few people actually know or even look at the reason why this tradition continues like it does. Young children are continually told, “you better be good because Santa Claus is watching”, and “If your not good your not going to get any presents for Christmas”! Young children are also continually asked, “what do you want for Christmas” or “what is Santa Claus bringing you this year”? Yes, this is normal and accepted by most people, but it does not mean that it is the best thing for a child to be taught. Children are also told that anyone that goes against the traditional practice of Christmas is a scrooge!

Don’t let your ego run wild and start judging my words, just hear me out. I’m not some radical that is calling for an end to Christmas. I’m just going to give you something to think about.

Nearly everything in our environment has karma. By participating in something you contribute to the karma of it. A good example of this is the lottery, and something I have recently learned about. The lottery is a tax that feeds off of the weak. It’s no coincidence that the majority of the proceeds for the lottery come from people who earn lower incomes. You may think “what’s the harm in buying a lottery ticket every once in awhile”? Well we live in a “free will” world, if you feel like you want to then do it, but there are consequences, for everything you do. When you make a decision to do something it is like a vote. Every vote you cast adds to the creation of your reality. The lottery is not a glamorous great thing. The karma of the lottery is filled with loss, desperation, false hopes, lack of, and tons of sadness from all of the people that never win! The simple act of buying a lottery ticket is your vote and that you knowingly approve of everyone else’s loss. This conscious act or vote also energetically ties you to the karma of the lottery.

So what does the lottery have to do with Christmas! I wanted to give an example of how karma works. Now lets look at the karma of Christmas.

Christmas has traditionally been about celebrating the birth of Jesus or Hanukkah, but over the years these religious traditions have been overshadowed by the consumerism of the “holiday”. Christmas has turned into another tax on the people. It has been beautifully scripted to feed off of your weaknesses. The propaganda of Christmas now starts around mid November. The radio stations start playing only Christmas music and the commercials start on TV. The buying frenzy starts. It is projected that $26.3 Billion dollars worth of gift cards will purchased this holiday season. Out of this almost 8 billion dollars will not be redeemed! 8 Billion! This is only gift cards and does not include all of the other stuff that people receive and never use. People buy and give knowing that the person they are giving to may not ever use it. It’s like your a zombie, saying here you go master. You have no idea why your giving but you do it anyway.

I’ve got an idea. Stop holding the fear of loss over our children’ s heads and tell them the truth about Santa from the start. This act of deceit only teaches them that it is ok to deceive other people. The children only do what they learn from their parents. If you want to change the world you have to start by teaching the young to trust and love. Stop asking them what they are “getting” for Christmas and start teaching them to “give” for Christmas!

Stop giving to only give, and feeling guilty because you did not spend enough money on someone. It is the thought and the love in a gift, not how much it costs or quantity. The person your giving to is not doing this judging you are judging yourself! It is the ego that produces this judgment and guilt.

Stop asking everyone you see if they are ready for Christmas. Of course they are not ready for Christmas it just ended a few months ago! This continued pressure to fit in and pier pressure is the reason all this continues. When someone gets asked the same question over and over it is a form of brain washing. You do not know any different, everyone else is doing it so it must be all right. Instead start asking everyone you see, to what charitable institution that they will be giving to this year.

If you connect with Jesus then do what Jesus does best and give without expecting anything in return. If you have money and want to buy something, then buy something that will actually make a difference in someones life. Buy a cow for a family in Indonesia and tell everyone in your family that this was their Christmas gift. Sure it may be a shock to your family and friends. By doing this you are casting your vote for a new world and your vote “does” make a difference.

Lets change the Karma of Christmas from a time of “receiving” to a time of “giving” without expectation of return. Make a difference with the money you spend and most importantly give your “time”. Go to your local homeless shelter or area and spend time spreading your love and gifts with the people that need them the most.

You may have already purchased a bunch of worthless stuff already this year, but it is ok. It is never to late to do anything! The propaganda of Christmas is only 10 months away. Until then you can start practicing this new way of living. Try loving everyone you see without expecting any love in return! This is true freedom and it makes every day of your life like Christmas morning!

Some of you may be saying, I work hard for my money and I should be able to spend it how ever I want. Yes that is true, but as I said with the karma of the lottery. You have free will, do as you please but there are consequences for ever action you take. For every worthless present that you buy contributes to the overall karma of the season whether you like it or not. If you want the world to change, you have to change! 8 Billion dollars of unclaimed gift cards could go a long way to feeding the hungry of the world.

Your vote is needed, Love like you have never loved before and do not expect anything in return! anything in return! anything in return! anything in return! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

With any type of clearing meditation the more detailed you are about what you want cleared the better the clearing. Also the focus level of your intent works in the same way. The more stern you are, the more power the intent carries. If a dark energy is in your space and you can sense it. That means your higher divine selves has given you the reins to that space. The way I see it is, “if you can sense it then you can clear it”. However this would only apply when you are working on yourself. If you were working on someone else you would have to ask if it is in accordance with their divine will that this blockage or energy be cleared. If for some reason an energy is not clearing and you have permission to clear it. Get pissed off! Do not take no for an answer. Yell your commands out loud if you have to. The higher frequency dark energies don’t always play by the rules. If you have the slightest bit of fear while doing this work they will sense it. State your commands to be done in accordance with your Divine will and the will of M/F Creator. Ask for assistance from AA Michael or another being of light if you wish, but don’t give your power away and expect them to do all the work. Ask them to back you up, to assist the energy in moving onto it’s rightful place in the Universe. Here is a short clearing exercise that I have been using lately. You can change it or add to it how ever you like.

“I now clear all forms of dark energy on all dimensional levels of existence that are not in perfect alignment with M/F Creator. I command these energies to leave my being and multi-dimensional selves now! I clear and close all inter-dimensional ties, wormholes, black holes and all energies that are not in perfect alignment with M/F Creator. I command this in accordance with my divine will and the will of M/F Creator. I now align every element of my being to the perfection of my personal seed blueprint of Creation. All energies that stand in the way of this alignment of perfection must be cleared now! I now ask for a full radiation of light from the Central Sun of M/F Creator to fill the spaces left by these clearings. I am the light of M/F Creator. I am divine Love without conditions. I am the hands of M/F Creator.”

We are muti-dimensional beings living in the human body. We are the seen and the unseen. We can sense energies on other dimensional layers of existence. We can heal and clear energies with the power of intent. We are the hands on Mother/Father Creator. Lets use these hands to heal ourselves, each other and the earth for which we live.

Everyday of our lives we come in contact with new learning experiences. It is these learning experiences that assist us with growing. Part of the learning process is for us to release what no longer serves us or what holds us back. What used to be a high frequency energy to us two years ago. May now be a lower energetic tie that needs to be released so we can move on. These lower ties could be past initiations, activations, a certain way of thinking, or even a person. There are really an unlimited amount of things to learn and then release. There is no need to hold onto anything. Just let it go! Don’t be afraid, trust yourself and the power you hold within. You are DIVINE LOVE! There is nothing more powerful than that. If any thought or energy stands in the way of this way knowingness “kick it’s ass”! Stand in the power and perfection that you are!

These are the words that I use to describe what I am seeing at this point in time. They are not beliefs, they are experiences. It is not that you need to adopt my experiences as your own or do I expect you to do so. May they assist you in putting the pieces together of your own puzzle.

May the light of the Central Sun of Mother/Father Creator, shine through every element of your being in accordance with your divine.

Lets now look at clearing these higher frequency dark energies and at the same time integrating higher frequencies of light from M/F Creator. In order to integrate higher frequencies of light we have to first release the dark. Just as light energy resides in dimensional levels of existence so does dark energy. If your consciousness resides within the 5th layer then most likely you sense the energies of light and dark that exist within that dimensional layer or the ones below it. Most healers on our planet have been taught to work with and clear the first 7 chakras within the human body. There is an array of energies that could exist within these first 7 chakras, such as entities, and all kinds of different blockages. Within these lower chakras can be portals to other dimensions for which entities of dark have free rein to come and go. These portals are known to many as black holes, worm holes, or inter-dimensional ties. In order to totally clear an energy from a chakra you will first have to close the doorway for which it came in. It is my experience that the majority of blockages within the first 7 chakras are self created. Also the majority of the time if a person does not change their ways the blockage usually returns within a short period of time. Above the head starts what I call the upper chakra system 8-12. Within these chakras lies a persons higher divine self the IAM presense. Within these higher chakras especially the 8th chakra major blockages can occur. The dark energy that restricts the flow of light through the 8th chakra usually is a higher frequency energy. Not the same type that exists within the first seven. It is my experience also that the higher chakras from the 8th on up are not as much self created. Many of the blockages in these higher chakras could be in place for a higher divine purpose or carried over from past lifetimes. From the 13th – 24th we find a persons extended higher selves of the Monads. A person can have many Monads within this range. For instance a Monad located within the 13th to their senior Monad in the 24th. In this range also there are higher frequency dark energies such as fallen angels. Before moving forward lets not forget about the chakras below the feet that assist us in grounding to mother earth. These chakras must stay cleared in order for us to stay properly grounded. If a blockage exists within one of these chakras it may restrict a person from moving up in consciousness. Staying properly grounded to mother earth is a necessity, especially in these times of great change.

I see the higher divine selves such as the IAM presence and Monads like baby sitters. As we grow and evolve they give us more reins to the horse, more control. It is when they give us more control to another dimensional layer of our existence that we have to reevaluate the energies that exist within that space. Handling things as we did in the previous dimensional layers will not work. Things change when you move from the conscious awareness of the 5th-6th, 8-9th and so on. Your in contact with new energies. Therefore it’s a new ball game. For each level of awareness that you move through you have to reevaluate. Look for new energies, new blockages and do new types of clearings. With each blockage you clear and release, you will allow more light of the Central Sun of Mother/Father Creator to shine through.

A large majority of the people on earth believe in a higher power. Many of these people pray to Creator, Source, God, Buddha, or Jesus. If these people only knew of the power of their prayers, and how the power of their prayers are determined by the strength of their intent. A prayer is a form of intent, when you pray for someone to feel better. The focus and the words used determines the healing power of the prayer. By expanding prayer into a more defined intent, major healing can occur. You may be wondering why I’m talking about prayer and what this has to do with unseen energies. The reason is I want people to realize the incredible power we all hold within. We have the power to heal on many levels of existence just as other beings have the power to heal or effect us.

There are 352 dimensional layers of existence back to Creator. Humans reside toward the bottom of these layers. Currently the physical body of most people on our planet reside within the 3rd to 5th dimensions. While at the same time these people could have a consciousness that resides within a higher dimensional realty. The dimensional level of consciousness does not have to match the physical body. There is a difference between the consciousness and the soul, they are two different things. Our “soul” carries over from one lifetime to another and holds the combined experience from all past lifetimes, it does not die with the human body. The “consciousness” is the tool that allows us to experience this life within our physical body. I’ll describe it as a television screen, and the television screen is playing 24hrs a day 7 days a week. We watch the television and we “are” the television at the same time. Everyone has a different version of what their television plays and some people can tune into channels that others cannot see. Our televisions may play different shows but there is one thing that all we all have in common and that is a power cord. It is this power cord that links us up through our higher dimensional selves all the way to Creator. As someone awakens their consciousness to higher dimensional layers. They merge with higher and higher aspects of their true divine selves, ultimately merging with Creator. It is this process of merging with your higher divine selves which allows people to experience higher dimensional levels of existence.

The awareness level of our individual consciousness resides within a dimensional layer of existence. What determines the awareness level of the consciousness and what dimensional layer it experiences depends on what level of the divine self it has merged with. As humans we all do not have the same level of consciousness. This is one of the reasons why some people experience and understand things differently that others. A person with a consciousness residing in the 5th dimensional layer can sense energies residing within the 5th and lower, but may not be able to connect with energies in the 7th or 8th. They are also tied into the awareness level of information that corresponds with the 5th layer. So when information is presented to them that has to do with the 6th layer or higher they may not understand it. I also explain these dimensional layers as frequencies on a radio. If your currently tuned into 99.1 and you want to listen to 101.5 you have to change the channel. You will not be able to hear 101.5 while your tuned into 99.1.

Throughout this life I’ve had different levels of sensitivity to the energies in my reality. When I was younger I remember talking with friends about feeling the lower energies of another person or how a certain geographical area would feel uncomfortable compared to another. The same goes for higher energies, I could feel how one person felt so much better to be around, or how a certain persons house felt so relaxing. A lot of things have changed from my younger days. I describe and see things differently as I did 15, 10 or even 1 year ago. Every day that passes I continue to expand my awareness to the energies that exist within our reality. I have come to recognize that there are a multitude of different levels of energies in our existence. Each with their own purpose and energy signature. The following is my description of what I have experienced to date in this lifetime in regard to these energies.

There are many different types of energies in our existence. To describe these energies I will define them as light and dark. The energies of the “light” are in alignment with Creator, such as the Arch Angels, Buddha, and Jesus. Then there are “dark” energies, which are entities, discarnates, different forms of evil, and lucifer. With the light and dark energies there are many more of each that I did not list. There are also many more types, levels and frequency’s of each. Some of these energy’s are specific to certain dimensional layers. While others can move from one dimensional layer to another without restriction. Even thou these energies are unseen by the human eye they are very similar to us. We can learn to sense them as they do us. Once someone can sense and tune into a specific energy they can either choose to work with it or clear it.

Becoming aware of a certain energy is like learning the taste of a new food. Some energies can be identified by a certain color and some if you talk with them have a certain accent. Some feel heavy while others feel light. Many of the dark energies will try to disguise themselves as light energies in order to gain the trust of who ever they are trying to control. There are no rules in the unseen world. If lucifer disguises himself as Jesus or Saint Germain and you fall for it, there are no consequences for lucifer. No one is going to throw him in jail. All of these energies of light and dark present themselves to us. It is up to us to learn their energy signatures. Ignorance is no excuse. Here is an example. Your in a hurry to get to work and drive your car through a school zone at a high rate of speed without seeing the speed limit sign and the police pool you over. Do you think they are going to let you go without a speeding ticket? No, the police officer will still give you a ticket even if you did not see the speed limit sign. The same principal applies to the dark energies in our world. The dark energies effect us whether we acknowledge them or not. Becoming aware of the different frequencies of dark energies is our job. There is one rule regarding what energies we come in contact with and that is we are only presented with situations and energies that we can handle according to our level of consciousness. Our higher divine selves regulate what we come in contact with regarding these energies but they do not shield us from all dark energy. It is up to us to become aware of what exists within our reality. As we evolve in consciousness we take on more light while at the same time coming in contact with higher frequencies of energies of light and dark. It is then our job to work through and master that awareness level. Once we do, we move up to the next level of consciousness and so on.

Having fear of something is not protection. Fear is an illusion, you can not touch it, so how can it protect you? People have been conditioned to believe that fearing evil is the way to go. Many religions teach that you must fear the devil or hell. Fearing something only allows what ever you fear to control you. Having fear of evil, lucifer, hell, or any type of dark energy will only allow that energy to come into you. Fear is an energetic tie linking you to what ever you fear. Having fear is not healthy. In order to see above the darkness that controls you, you must first acknowledge that it exists. Then identify it in relation to all the other energies that exist around you. Heaven is here on earth, right in front of your eyes and so is hell. There is no place in the universe called hell. The only hell that exists, is the one that you create for yourself by allowing fear and dark energy to control you. When you leave your human body no one is going to judge you. You will only judge yourself on how you lived your life without fear and in turn focused on Love.

On the road to oneness

We are all on different roads. Some of us take the highway and some of us take the scenic back roads. Some of us try and take short cuts and some of us pool off the side of the road and watch everyone else drive by.

A lot of people in our world ride on other peoples roads. Blindly following someone else’s interpretation of what the road is supposed to look like. The sky is blue, this flower is yellow, you have to fear this, or you should believe this or your going to hell. It’s all an illusion, because it is their road not yours. By following someone else you loose track of your own road and loose your connection to your true self. Your living in a world that someone else has created for you. The owners of the road try and scare you from existing their highway. Many people follow for security reasons or because when they do try and go on their own road they get lost. It is OK to get lost, some of us get lost more than others and that is fine. At least your on your own road.

When we see someone that is struggling we try and assist them by offering some comforting information from our own road. There is nothing wrong with this, as long as it is not forced upon them, or that we judge them if they do not follow us. There is no need to try and convince someone to see it the same way as you. You would be dis-empowering them if you did.

It doesn’t matter what road you take, every road is perfect in it’s own way. Experience your own road, feel the texture, smell the flowers, taste the air. It is the experience of our own road that is most important.

It’s time for everyone to find their own road and find their true self. To stop following others blindly. We all may be on separate roads, but all our roads lead to one.

When someone tells you it’s my way or the highway, take the next exit! Don’t be afraid! Focus on love and trust in yourself and let that guide you.

A challenge of empowerment

I challenge everyone to empower someone today. Not just a kind word or gesture, but actually assisting someone in feeling good about themselves. Empowerment comes from within. In order to empower someone you must assist them without taking control or forcing something upon them. You must walk beside them, not above or behind. LET THE LOVE FLOW!

The process of conditioning your mind body & spirit

Everyone acknowledges that in order for the physical body to work well it has to be exercised in some way. If someone is laid up in bed for 7 days you would not expect them to jump up and start running. The muscles in the body weaken and deteriorate if they are not used. What we eat also determines the overall health of the physical body. It takes work to keep the body alive. To keep it in good shape it takes “conditioning”. We can see the physical body and the food that we eat with our eyes. By being able to see it with our eyes it makes it more tangible and easier to observe and keep up with. So what about the things that we cannot see with our eyes?

From the floor that we stand on to the food that we eat everything in our world has an energetic frequency. Every cell in our body has it’s own energetic frequency and combined create our overall energetic frequency. The easiest way to envision the scale of energetic frequency is to think of a radio dial that goes from 100 -1000. Using this scale here is a scenario that happens to most people in everyday life. One person who has a frequency of 200 comes in contact with a person with a frequency of 700. Out of this scenario two things can happen (1.) The person of the higher frequency has the “choice” to lower his or her frequency to a lower level to communicate with the person of the lower frequency. The person with the frequency of 200 might live in a state of fear and always thinking and worrying about everything. Gossiping about other peoples dramas all day and fearing nearly everything that comes in their direction. Do you know anyone like this? The person with the frequency of 700 might focus on the present moment and has very little drama in their life. They might not worry about things as much as other people and all in all is a very happy person. The person with the lower frequency starts talking about some type of emotional event. The person with the higher frequency does not want to come across as not being compassionate so they get emotionally involved in the conversation. The drama ends and the two people go on with their day. The person with the frequency of 200 now feels better, and ends up having a great day. Where the higher frequency person might be totally whacked out by now and experiencing all kinds of imbalance emotionally or physically. Events like this happen all the time! In nearly every place people are talking and exchanging information. People exchange energy just as much as we exchange information. The lower frequency energy that the higher frequency person now is carrying has now snow balled and is causing all kinds of emotional issues. Later that day this person then releases this built up energy to someone else and the process continues. The person with the frequency of 700 had the choice to get emotionally involved in the conversation. This energetic swapping of energy is so common that when one person does not play along in the game they may be looked at as an outcast, unloving or not compassionate by lower frequency people. Now scenario (2.) The person with the frequency of 200 starts going on about some event or drama and try’s to get the person of higher frequency involved. The person with the higher frequency acknowledges what is going on and allows the person to talk but does not get emotionally involved. No matter what the other person is saying, they focus on loving the other person for who they are without judgment. They also know and see the perfection in the reason why the other person is struggling and is having so much drama. In this scenario the person with the higher frequency does not take on all the lower frequency energy of the other person. They sustained a higher frequency through the conversation. Just because the person with the higher frequency did not emotionally get involved in the conversation does not mean that they do not love the other person. We are “conditioned” to think that we have to take other peoples issues off of their shoulders. We are “conditioned” to think that we must help someone who is struggling emotionally. That we have to make the other person feel better even if it means sacrificing our own well being. It is this process of thinking that keeps this cycle of exchanging lower frequency energy going around and around. The alternative to this would be to focus on unconditional love of the other person and know that everything happens in divine order. To know that you are not better than the other person, that we are all equal. Even though we would like to see the person come out of living in fear it is not our responsibility to hold their hand and bring them out of it. They will continue to have drama and events in their life until they choose to think and live their life differently. To recognize this process of learning and evolving is true beauty.

The example above summarizes a very complex subject that is not easily described and is seldom talked about. In order for one person to raise in frequency from 200 to 700 it takes work, commitment, trust and love of oneself. While someone is learning this process of raising in frequency you may feel like a yo-yo, going up and down in frequency. There is a reason for all this fluctuation of energy and it is “conditioning”. Every time someone goes down in frequency and then back up it strengthens and conditions you to be able to sustain a higher frequency. It works the same as conditioning the physical body. It takes work and commitment. It does not happen unless you allow yourself to do it.

People that have manic depression also referred to as bi-polar disorder are at the extreme end this yo-yo effect. When someone goes manic they raise up in frequency to levels to where they are not conditioned to sustain. Their brain actually short circuits because of the intense amount of energy that flows through them and they crash into a deep depression. This higher intense energy also puts a toll on their physical body, because it has not been “conditioned” to sustain that level of energy. A person that is in a manic state may also have an expanded awareness and during this time be extremely intelligent. This intense high associated with being manic is very addictive. Some people may crave the experience of being manic to where they do it over and over again even though they know the consequences. The truth is most people go up and down in frequency similar to a person with manic depression. The swings however are not as high and low.

In order for someone to stay balanced while raising in frequency it is a process. It is a continues process of realization and acknowledgment and learning every time you go through the yo-yo effect. If you don’t realize/learn from your experience of going down in frequency you will continue to do it until you acknowledge what you need to do different the next time. From this acknowledgment and change your awareness level will increase. The scale above could also be compared to a persons level of awareness. The only thing that is different in real life is there is no end to the scale. It does not end at 1000. The other thing to realize is that a person who has an awareness of 200 may not be able to comprehend what a person of 700 understands. The person with an awareness of 200 has not tuned into the frequency of 700 before and therefore cannot truly understand that level of information. There is no need to get upset with a person in a lower frequency than yours. You are speaking two different languages.

Through this process of conditioning and learning our awareness grows and our consciousness expands. Similar to climbing a rope ladder the higher you get the less fluctuation of the yo-yo effect. The more fear you release the more light you become. There is no need for fear of the unknown. There is no need for protection. You are pure light and unconditional love. The more you focus and integrate this love into every element of your existence the higher your awareness grows and the more your consciousness expands. Up and up the ladder. The examples that I have explained could also be referred to as part of the process of ascension or path to enlightenment. It is all a learning process of realization and acknowledgment. The only thing that will hold you back is yourself and fear.

Focus on today not yesterday or tomorrow. What you do in this moment effects the past and future. So there is no need to think about anything else other than right now. Love yourself and everything around you without fear or judgment.

Even though many of you who read this post may still not understand what I do, there is really no need for you to totally understand it. I do not expect anyone to do what I do. The reason why I write and post things like this is for you to find more peace and love in your life. My intent for posting the following videos is not to create more fear in your life. It is actually for you to find more peace within yourself, so you do not have to rely on the safety of the belief system that resides within you. Most people create the fear for anything that goes against their past experiences and belief system. You can’t expect to totally understand something if you have fear about it. Fear will shut down your awareness, and therefore you will not allow yourself to process information objectively.

The strongest and most powerful energy in our world is unconditional love. If you are in a state of unconditional love there is no need for fear or a belief system. There is no need for protection. Ask yourself, “What is the reason for fear? Why do I fear something I cannot see? Why am I fearful of things that I do not understand?”. The reason is that fear in itself creates more fear, until you choose to step out of it. The easiest way to do that is to step directly into unconditional love. As the yogis say, “Lead with your heart”. Let your heart and love lead you instead of fear.

There are countless videos out on the internet similar to the ones listed below. If you have not heard of anything like this before, it may be a lot of information to process. It is a “process” to step out of the security of your belief system. It has taken you years to create your current belief system. Therefore it may take some time to break out of it. The main thing is to try and never give up. Think of it as breaking an addition. Like quitting smoking or other habits, fear is addictive and is truly a habit for most. It is an automatic response and defense mechanism for many. You have to acknowledge that your ego (which creates fear in your life) may put up a fight once it encounters something that goes against it. Viewing the ego as separate from you is part of the process. See yourself radiating the light of unconditional love. The more you do this, the more you will not rely on fear and your belief system.

There are a lot of people in our world who would like to keep you in fear. Fear of dying, the fear of getting sick or the threat of war-fear in itself is all an illusion and is projected at you from many angles. Always know you are the one in control of your fear. If you lost all of your possessions, what would you have? You would have nothing but yourself. You would then have the choice to live in fear or love. Most people in our world live “out” of themselves. When they do take the time to look within they find fear. They then try and create peace in their life by changing the outside. In order to conquer fear, it has to be released from within. Until doing so you are a slave to it.

In order to see through fear, it helps to know where it is coming from and why. Most people never question the reason for fear. They just think it is the way the world is right now, but it is all part of a control system. The easiest way for me to describe it is how can you get your head out of the sand when you do not know what the sand looks like? These days it is getting easier and easier to see the sand and control system. By awakening your consciousness into unconditional love, there is no need for fear.

What is to fear about unconditional love? Integrate it into every element of your being and then project it out through your heart. Let it lead you through every step of your day. By doing this you will awaken to a new world.

People who live in fear always look to a control system for security. When there is no fear there is no need for a control system. Try not to allow fear to judge this information.
